This item came brand new, and will go extremely welll with the costume I purchsed on this site! The dog looks different than in the photo, but you can easily fix that by fluffing him out. Also, a piece of the handle is poking out from the side of the basket: again, easy fix. Just go in and cut it. All in all, I think it was worth it, and I'm happy to have a complete costume!
