These shoe covers are absolutely awesome!
They have 2 elastic bands: one meant to slip around the back of your shoe, and the other fits around the "ball of your foot" part of the shoe.
I wore them over low heels when we went to Boo at the Zoo. I walked around for a good hour, on concrete, wearing them. They did not slip once, and the bottoms don't even look worn.
Definitely worth the price!!!
