It didn't work at first then we fiddled with it and it worked. There are different setting to change the voice, but they all basically sound the same. Probably wouldn't have bought it if we had known. One good thing is it comes with a microphone you can hook to a mask....

My daughter wanted this to complete her costume. It did not work well at all. a lot of what she sid you could not understand, had a lot of static. Was not worth it all all!

The advertisement claimed 10 changes. There was only one destinct voice change, despite how the switches were arranged. This change was broken up like a loose conection internally. My son was excited when the package arrived, only to be left disappointed.

I guess I should not have expected a lot for the, price but the device is pretty quiet with no volume control forcing you to put the mic directly to your lips and talk rather loud for it to pick up the sound. The mic comes with a clip to use as lapel mic which is comical because there is no way for it to pick up that sound.

Product was poor quality in that when you speak into the microphone, which by the way is not suited for face masks, you heard much static and your own voice is also very audible. It did not meet my standards and I'm sure that trying to return it will only add to the stress that I already have from buying this worthless product so I will not do it, much to the relief of the seller, I'm sure...

This product is fun within itself, and very worth the price it is a must get for voice effects for anything, whether it is for a haunted house or for that DJ that likes to alter his/her voice while spinning records, and lets not forget the Youtube video posters that need to use a product like this to alter their voice while posting a video.

I was a bloody doctor, then to have my voice all sorts of wiggy freaked out the kids more so. It made my laugh very high pitched and wicked. If I didn't look intimidating, my voice really had them guessing if it was safe to come closer! Too fun!
