Bought this for my daughter to go with her witch costume but she is only seven years old and it doesn't fit well on her. Another older daughter will use it instead and it's a great fit, she claims very comfortable, and the jewel centerpiece and hanging chains are securely attached.Velcro back closure is adjustable but you do need a somewhat long neck to get the look in the photo with the chains hanging so nicely.Overall very satisfied with the product, price [...] but this is for a teen or adult as it would not fit most younger children.
