Be careful on sizing

Be careful on the sizing. I used the size chart and my daughter was right in the middle of a size small (4-6) but once I got the costume it was really short (almost showing her butt). Then I noticed on the package that it says size 4-6 for ages 3-4 years old. This is very misleading since a size 4-6 usually fits a 4-6 year old, not a 3 year old. Now I have to pay return shipping to get a correct size. What good is a size chart if it's not true? The lights also turned on for about 30 seconds then didn't work again after that.
