The entire top of this garment is completely, totally see through. It could not be worn publicly unless you were to wear another layer under it. The picture does not communicate this well at all.

I was worried that when I ordered it that it wouldnt fit..because it really doesnt give any specifications.....but decided to buy it anyways.. so heres the deal... I just had a baby and Im 143 Lbs.. 5'2 and a D chest.. and this costume is at its max.. so if you are any bigger DONT BUY IT.. it is short..but since Im short it covers me fine..Im totally comfortable in it... i have a belly from having my son..but the costume makes it look great. BUT it is see through..so I am going to be wearing a slip or something.. other than that.. its your typical cheaply made costume that will hopefully last for our costume party and halloween.. Overall I am happy with it
