We were happy with the quality of the costume when it arrived, but didn't realize that it was missing a part (the face mask). My son did, but I didn't. When we realized that it was missing the mask part, we contacted Spirit and they immediately sent us a replacement overnight, with no questions or hassle. I will definitely be shopping with them again. A great experience all round.
