The side seam really made me dislike the costume. One side had a straight seam and the other curved in. The length was a little on the long side. The costume wasn't flattering or somewhat fitted. However the costume was comfortable and wasn't heavy in material.

My favorite part about this costume dress is its simplicity. The collar dickie design is odd and seems bigger than the design in the movie. The hemline is long on me, but I'm 5' tall. The cut of the dress hides most of my bulgy bits, but possibly only because I bought a size larger than my usual. I'm not impressed, but it will do.

This costume runs large. I am a 4/6 and a small is still big on me. It is not a stretchy material and won't hug your curves the way it should. I plan on taking in the sides and putting a zipper in the back for a more flattering costume. But It's cute and the collar is especially nice. The fabric is a little scratchy - and not solid red - there is a subtle trek logo pattern on the whole thing. It's not too short to wear out though, and is an easy fun costume if you have some black boots and a scrunchie.

It is very comfortable and looks very official! I got this for Halloween and am excited to wear it! It's even work appropraite for the morning of Halloween when I'll have to work at the bank I work for.

The sizing is very generous on this costume, so it might be best to try it on in a store instead of ordering. But the basic shape of the dress is one of those flattering once worn, looking better on a person than a hanger. I have trouble with costumes because of a large chest, and could wear this dress without any discomfort. My only wish is that it would come in a length a few inches longer. I would not wear this without some kind of tights or leggings or else I would not be able to bend over.
