I got this in a medium size (7-8) for my 6 1/2 yr. old. He's normal height and weight. It fits him well. The legs and sleeves aren't overly long, yet I can imagine he could use this to play in for another 2 years. It also fits my other son who is about to turn 9 this month, also normal height and weight. The material and print is good quality. Only the mask has a slight chemical odor to it, but I imagine it will dissipate by tomorrow after we air it out (it was sealed in its own cellophane). I would absolutely recommend this costume to a friend.
