The one in the store was missing one side and the one that was shipped on had one side. The gentleman in the store was kind enough to glue his neck bolt onto the one shipped. He really saved the day.
I couldn't believe it was shipped that way!
The bolts were a hit with his friends. I wish that they hadn't been broken.

I ordered this product to use with my sons Frankenstein costume but when it arrived one of the bolts was loose. I hot glued it but it would not stick. We were not able to use these at all. Disappointing.
