The packaging said the costume included the whip, however there was not one in the package. The dress runs very small. I had to alter the arm holes. The Velcro from the chest piece will ruin the dress and snags an runs very easily. Be careful when unpacking and putting on not to touch the dress with the Velcro. The chains across the chest and the attached cape are really cool. I had a lot with these pieces as I used it o create a warrior angel costume. Worked well with the retractable wings i found.

The chest plate is a soft rubber type of material so it conforms to your figure. I am tall and thin and it still fits well. The slits in the side of the dress are not as obvious as they are in the photo, but that can be easily fixed with some tape or maybe scissors. The chains in the front are made from some kind of light metal alloy. The cape in the back is really fun.

Found the costume at the Spirit after Halloween Sale! Loved it! Got it to embellish my Klingon Costume, but made it as a totally new Klingon Costume! Arm holes were a little tight (even for the right size), so I had to open them at the seams a little. Dress seems to run smaller than stated. Velcro on the breast plate tends to catch the dress and cape material which makes it a little difficult to put on. Didn't cover well enough in the crotch area for my taste. Recommend spanky pants. I added my silver Klingon skirt which has thigh high slits under it with thigh high boots, a decorative belt with my Klingon knife and disruptor, gauntlets and I was good to go! Received Multiple compliments from people on the costume! Everyone especially liked the breastplate with it.

I loved this Costume! The only issue I had was the velcro from the chest plate snagged the silver thread of the costume. Can't wait to wear it!
