i love this outfit. It fits me well and I'm blessed in both areas. I was looking for something that might not be too revealing cause I'm not the extreme showy type but this costume was perfect. Showed just enough to be noticed and enough to be desired. you want to try and dress I as close to the girl on the picture I got the fishnets and the boots. I didn't like the hat fit so I made my own! Hope this helps.

I wore the Marauder costume, along with the hat and boots, and won a costume contest with it. The costume was extremely comfortable and was actually true to size, which rarely happens. Very flattering on. Note: Although the boots look fantastic with the outfit, they are not comfortable enough for all night wear.

I ordered this costume for halloween this year so I havent got to wear it out yet but I have tried it on and have worn it around the house a few times. It is very comfortable and I love the material used for the costume.I am a teen and I thought it might be a little short but when I tried it on it was perfect, definatly not as short as it shows in the picture. The top part is also not as low as it shows in the picture which I also loved. The sleeves are warm but as all halloween costumes that have dresses/skirts your legs will be a little cold if you are going to be outside. The straps are little odd no matter how much you tighten them or how they fit when you first put it on they do tend to fall and slide off your shoulders but I just saftypined them and it fixed that problem all together. Overall i love this halloween costume and will probably keep it to wear for halloween in the future. I would definatly recomend it for anyone looking for a great costume that you will feel great, look great, and even feel comfortable in.

It's not a terrible product. a tad obnoxious since i had to take it in by myself, and thus felt like i was in my old theatre class. the fabric's of good qualtiy though. and its great for a halloween costume if you're solely looking to have fun.

Beautiful costume! This can be worn pretty much anywhere and anytime (even on days besides Halloween). I go to places like anime conventions and the texas renaissance festival and I fit in perfectly. I've worn this costume two years in a row, and the only thing I would change is the size I have because, since I've lost so much weight, it's too big for me now!

PS: The hat is also a great buy because it perfectly matches this costume.

I absolutely love this costume! It is the best costume I've ever had(that includes all the ones i've worn as a kid). Going by the size chart, I bought the large. My dress size is usually size 8-10, sometimes a 12, so i thought this world fit perfectly. It turned out that there was still plenty of breathing room, which was nice. There is a zipper, which is way better than velcro. It is short, but there is still enough material that'll cover your bottom, but I'd recommend a pair of undershorts or something. The sleeves are as pictured and the jeweled pin is detachable. I thought all the shimmering gold fabric would be too flashy, but it's actually nice. It is also fairly full without a petty coat.
The one thing that would have made this pirate costume PERFECT is if the shoulder straps were sown closer together. They are adjustable, but they rest just on the edge of my shoulders, so any slight movement of my arm would unsettle the straps. Maybe if i pinned them to my bra they'd stay on.

I was just shopping around for halloween.
And i being a young teen loved it. My mother thought it would look too trashy, but when i put it on it looked great! I definetly would recommend it. and it looks even better with a little tutu underneath to get the fullness.

This costume is super cute! The only problem with it is that the straps could be a little longer. I have a big bust and its a snug fit in that area. other than that i absolutely love this costume. its a very flattering fit.

I was going out of my mind looking for a costume that complimented my body and didnt look trashy . I am a short girl at 5'4 with alot of curves so when I found this costume and tried it on I was relieved to find something that wasnt squeezing me in all the wrong places or made me look like a blimp plus it gives that extra wow factor I was looking for!

I wore this to two parties last Halloween, one I wore it for only a couple hours for trick-or-treating, (yes, I am still out t-o-ting) and then I put on my Pj's for scary movies. It was probably the most worth while costume I have ever used. The other party was for a good friend's birthday party/halloween party the day after, and I wore it for a few hours then borrowed sweats, as everyone was getting into more comfortable clothes as the night progressed. I will definately be wearing it this year, because of the prices of costumes being so high, and I know it'll definately be worth it. This Costume had a sexy and fun feel, I added fishnets and a white petticoat underneath, because the skirt is a bit short. All-in-all, this costume is so far my favorite out of all the costumes i've worn.

Pirate Wench outfit bought was an XL. I am 165 & 5"4. The dress is NOT too short. It looks classy and amazing! I already had knee high boots and bought everything else online. I had tried on some other outfits by Leg Ave Brand but none of those lookd quite right. Saw this one onlie and purchased and everything fits wonderfully!

Wearing outfit out to private party at a club on Halloween. Bought everything through Spirit Halloween. Spent [$]but I needed everything (petticoat, hat, outfit, fish nets, sword and dress. worth it! Costume is very put together to the small details. I am 5"4 @ 165 with nice legs and this hides the thicker mid section that I have. I do have a FULL C or Small D cup and top fits perfect. One weird thing which might just be a fluke, is the shoulder straps are actually inches too short. I am having to add on extension and resew the two black straps (good thing I am a sewer). I think the person sewing it just didnt measure correctly, Other than that. perfect!

I just got my costume in the mail today and i absolutely love it! In order to make the outfit complete u definitely got to try to copy the look. Along with the costume i got the swashbuckler hat from spirit and i bought boots, fishnets, a petticoat, and ruffled bloomers elsewhere, but you fersher should get the extra stuff! I bought the XL and I'm 5'2 and 200lbs, size 17 in juniors and this costume looks great!

I had a difficult time looking for a costume this time year since I have a halloween party in one place (FL), then I am spending Halloween up north in MD with my sister, my 4 yr old niece and newborn nephew. Needless to say the drastic change in temperature was a big issue. This costume was soo comfortable when I tried it on and it's really cute! The sleeves felt a little warm but in my case is a good thing. Also, being slightly less blessed than most others in the upper half, it's difficult to fill out the top of the costume...still it looks good. It's comfy and I'd highly recommend it to any of my friends!!!

When I first started looking for Halloween costumes, I had some idea of what I wanted to get but wasn't 100% sure. I tried on a Devil costume, a Vampire costume and then the Marauder costume at Spirit Halloween. As soon as I put the Marauder costume on I immediately fell in love with it. It is very comfortable, airy, which is great considering the halloween party I'm going to is a dance party. It is very flattering to my curves and bustline without making it look too trashy. I already had knee high boots on when I tried it on and that adding to the costume completely made up my mind. Surprising, it is not as short as it may look in the picture. I'm 5'6 1/2 with a bit of a butt so I was concerned about that a little bit, but was pleaseantly surprised that it still covered a lot.

My husband and I decided to be pirates this year. I looked and tried on several different costumes, but this one stood out the most. It's sexy and beautiful in one. When I tried this on at home with all of the accessories, my husband stopped and just stood staring at me lol. He loved this on me and I loved it as well. I recommend this if you are not wanting something too over the top flashy, but enough appeal to get the right kind of attention. It's a must for Halloween!

This costume reallu is a perfect costume, I've got an average sized body for my age 17 5'5 not mentioning my weight because weight doesn't really show size but I got a medium and it fit great and for those of you that don't like your stuff showing its really good because it definitely doesn't show too much at all. I love this costume! I haven't worn it out yet, but I'm going to test it out on Halloween in a couple weeks. It's very cute and comfortable to wear. It is sexy, but not too overt or trashy. I'm a shorter person (5'5"), so the skirt isn't too short on me. With a crinoline skirt underneath (to fluff it out more) the skirt probably is about the same length as a mini skirt. Word to the wise: With my--shall we say--"modest" bustline, I have a little trouble filling out the top completely, but it still looks cute. It looks super cute with knee-high boots and fishnets, just like in the picture. I would definitely recommend this costume!

This costume was a hit for our Halloween Party last year. It was comfortable and attractive. The whole family dressed up in a Pirates Theme...We had swashbucklers and Jack Sparrow, Punky Pirates and Teen Pirates. They all looked great and we would reccommend this line LegAvenue to all who enjoy this time of years festivities. The best part was collecting the loot and all that Pirates Booty at the end of the night!
