I bought this dress because I didn't want to wear a tutu bee costume. Unfortunately they were out of my size, so I went the next size up. It fit well on my hips but not my upper body. So I decided to be creative and turned it into a high waist skirt instead. I wore a black top under it and added a belt. It was very cute! And nobody else had my costume. If I wanted to, I could probably wear it as a skirt any night.
The only down side is the glitter from the wings. Its everywhere, but that's to be expected.
