I need instructions on how to untangle the darn thing just to spread its wings! Once unwrapped, I still could not figure out how to make mine look like the one in the photo. My ghouls arms are not tightly connected to the body, so the arms will not stay up by themselves. This prop does not light up under a black light, so don't bother trying, but it is a really cool looking thing!

the lights flash only when i click the try me button, or only flash for a few seconds when it is in the on position, it will not go off again unless i turn it off and on again or click the button again.

We paid full price for this prop, which we rarely do. It is perfectly spooky, hanging from a tree and uplit with blacklight. Everyone who saw it commented on it. I would buy another
