This runs small. The tween size fits my 11 year old very snugly. But the worst part is it is so thin and flimsy it is SEE-THROUGH! When she tried it on I could see the pattern on her bra and panties. She will need to wear clothing under this costume for sure. She is not happy about that (especially since it's snug already) but otherwise it's obscene.
