My wife has size 6 shoes and these covers didn't even cover her feet. The average size girl wears size 7-9 and they will never get these over shoes of any kind. she ended up wearing them on her feet with no shoes but an hour later they had been put in the purse

The product says one size fits most. I wear a size seven shoe and they were too small even for me. The Velcro is already coming off too.
