Customer Service Representatives have been kind BUT The prodcut itself was NOT complete. Top Hat was missing - had problem RECEIVING THE ENTIRE costume itself (almost lost. Have had to call customer service several times about receiving the Top Hat and have YET to even be notified if I am receiving the Top Hat.. which is the key to the costume. I went online EARLY in order to receive costume with plenty of time to spare and yet I am still/now crunched for time. All in all I probably WILL NOT order a costume online again.
