Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The neckpiece is long, more like a skirt.I put it on my malamute as a skirt like a ballerina.The crown fits tight and has 2 elastic bands that go around the head and neck. I put it on my dog and she didnt like it to much. Kinda hung her head down and frowned!
