I bought this for a Halloween Party. Can't wait to wear it. It came with all the needed accessories. Being who I am, I added a few more so it can have my touch. You can wear it with or without the petticoat. I will be in front of the cameras all night. I'm gonna when first place and the sexiest costume contest. :) I have no complaints about this costume, unlike the one I purchased elsewhere last year.
