This costume was very cute and BRIGHT in color. The head band that it came with is VERY small and my daughter could not ware it. The size said 2T-3T however, more like 12-18 months. Otherwise the costume was great and I would recommend it.

If you buy a 3T-4T expect it to fit a 2 year old, it was way to small for my 3 year old who is average height and weight for her age. The headband doesn't fit well either. It's a cute costume though and the wings are velcro and work great. It's too expensive for the quality as well. Look for this costume at other major stores.
