Tried to purchase in store and there was only one left of very poor quality. Yellow coloring was peeling off. Assumed it was because customers had been using. Decided to order online....the one I received was essentially in the same condition. Yellow coloring peeling away.

I visited my local spirit halloween store to browse the year's selection, and found the adventure time costumes, along with this sword. At first I thought is was solid foam, and upon closer inspection of a tear on the side, I noticed a solid rubber core and a thin coat of foam. the prop is light, durable, fun and accurate. My only complaint is that the adult costumes do not have a larger version. I do intend on buying it this year.

An overall good product. But what I have noticed is that after a day of swinging, hitting myself, hitting smooth and rough objects, the coloring started to PEEL!!! It appears to be paint or something like that. Although it is very durable in the whole item except the coloring, no one else has had this peeling problem except for me. I'll be checking some more for a nearly mint condition Finn gold sword.

Finn's sword is a must have accessory to the child or adult Adventure Time Finn costume. It looks like it jumped right off the TV screen and into your hand. It's made of soft styrofoam so I would not plan to sword fight with it.
