Comments about Strobe 360 Blue:
I have 30+ strobe lights (and a shed full of Halloween stuff) and in the past 3 years have purchased two of these strobe lights. Both stopped working within days of purchasing.
FYI, they were used in a covered outdoor setting and brought in at night. I have never had a problem with any other strobe. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different strobe.
