WORST WIG EVER!

I was going to use it at a convention, where you dress up as other characters and sorts... for Halloween too. When I got it out of the bag, the quality was the WORST. It was matted, tangled, a mess you couldn't even put on. The hairs are supposed to be straight but it looks like when you go to sleep with your hair wet and scrunched up and wake up with it looking all ragged.

this item looks awesome in the picture but when you buy it...it looks awful NOTHING like the picture. they stuff them in a bag and when you take them out they look like a hot mess not straight and all jacked up....very very disappointed
