Comments about No Smear Black Make Up:

It dried perfect and did not smear at all once it was dry, it removes with soap and water, did not stain skin. I will always use this product. It also mixes well to create other colors. I mixed a touch of black with red. I needed a blood red or brick red color that was not available and it worked perfectly.
