Bought about 10 these cauldrons - nice effect without the flame. A few came non working but a quick soldering fixed them. Worth the price...the plugs are difficult for my set up but can be maneuvered around. Around kids - I've found they all want to touch it so using up high works better or the flame can be ripped out. I will be buying more this year for sure.

we have a large cement gargoyle on a pedestal and I use two of these to light it up at night. There is some cover under a large bush but they perform well outside here in Arizona as there isn't too much rain (or snow).

Built a large gateway to the driveway for the trick-or-treaters. Hung the 2 flame lights on each side. They gave a really eerie look to the entrance..... lots of compliments. May use them again for other outdoor parties.

I bought two of these this year for my graveyard, and they were perfect.They do make a little noise but nothing a little music couldnt handle. you have to play with them a little when you fire them up but after that they are perfect and good to go. I will be using these for years to come.

Bought 2 of these to add that dungeon look to our basement for our annual Halloween party. Have wanted to get them forever and finally took a shot. They were very well priced (shop around if you don't believe me!) and came with 2 spare lenses, one spare lamp, and a built-in AC adapter. They look and perform fantastic. Will probably buy more!

A bought two of these to flank my front door. They look great!! One of the best features is that they came with long wires so I did not need to run extension cords. It makes for a cleaner look. These are great for the price. I am going to buy four more for next year.

Good for a low price. I've seen alot better and more real looking fire bowls on the market but for $30-40 it's not worth it. The Spirit of Halloween fire bowl provides a decent effect at a low price! Great job Spirit!

I have this hung up in my big bay window with other hanging skeletons, bones, and halloween decor. It looks very realistic and illuminates the scary scene perfectly. We're using this as part of a 'forest/camping scheme' in a child's play room. I modified the original design by adding some firewood logs around the cauldron and losing the hanging chains. PROS: Bright, realisticIncludes spare bulbVery long extension cord[...] I discovered the spare bulb that was packed with the unit. You simply do not see that type of support in lower cost products today.It is an excellent buy for Halloween, a theme party, or any case where you would like a reasonably realistic looking fire without the danger and hassle. If I had tried to build my own, I would have spent 5 times more, without achieving as good of a result.

This product is great! The only downfall is the noise. Try having music playing to drown out the sound of the fan. Works best if seen from a distance.

Just to give you some feedback on products, which you could forward to whom it may concern. I bought a 400 watt ground fogger and had a problem with the water drain. During shipping (I guess) the plastic drain hose was kinked just at the point it comes out of the metal box. This resulted in water backing up into the ice box and (I think) draining back into the fog duct and shorting out the heating element, as, after that happened, the unit did not put out any more fog, even though the fan was working. The Medford manager was nice enough to exchange the unit and the replacement worked fine. I was slightly disappointed, in that I use the unit outdoors on a protected porch, and even with the addition of ice, the fog does not stay to the ground. Any breeze stirred it up. The effect was good, though, as it obscured the front door and windows (I was sitting outside to give out the treats) and thus amplified the effect of the mini flame lights. I intend to try dry ice next year, because it is much colder than regular ice. That might make the fog stay lower. I might suggest that you put a fitting (called a bulkhead penetrator) in at the point the hose exits the box, so that the hose could be removed for storage. I plan to make that modification on mine before storing it.

Also, we bought one of the bubble foggers. They evidently went from the store quickly: we shopped three weeks ago and got one of the last two in the store. VERY. VERY popular with everyone, kids and adults. I told several people that they could probably visit your website to get one. A couple of people said that they would like to use it year round! I love the effect, as, when the bubbles fall and burst, they leave a low lying ground fog.

I am a big Halloween fan and have been even when it wasn't popular with adults. I will be buying more from you, as I intend to make next year even better! Hope you keep the website up year-round!

I bought 4 of these lights and Use them outdoors in my cemetary they are great and the kids love em because of the eerie effect it adds. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good light. My neighbors are always thinking it is real fire. Great product

I had purchased a pair of these last Halloween. Liked them so much, I purchased 4 more. These are really awesome to help set the spooky mood. The only con to these is they are pretty power hungry. Alkaline batteries don't last more than a couple of hours before losing their effect. Gonna try lithiums this time...hopefully that will let em go longer.

Its even bigger than we expected. I was half expecting a tiny cheap flame light, but this was one of the better buys from Spirit. Very impressed. and the flames look totally real outside.

I am using it outside for my graveyard, however we do have it undercover. Since there is a motor in it not good for rain. We also take down if we know its going to rain. Other than that I LOVE IT. Its better than I thought.

Bought a lot of thing for my dungeon garage, and the Mini Hanging Flame Light by Spirit, was by far the cheapest thing, but the most rewarding. Fast set up and at night from 10+ feet away, looks amazing. Should have bought 4, instead of the 2 I bought!

I bought one of these and put it in my window. It was very cool looking and very real looking. The only problem was that mine took a long time to turn on after I plugged it in so I had to take the light out and put it back in for it to start right away. And the fan is loud.
