Comments about Mini Glitter Gambler Tophat:
I couldn't wear this for more than a minute without it slipping off my head, since it's held on by an elastic strap that goes under your chin. It's heavy so it kept tilting forward or back & I decided to return it. Think it would be better if it was made of lighter materials & held in place with a sturdy headband. Cute, but not practical.
