My 13-year-old daughter really looked forward to being Raggedy Ann for Halloween this year. We had returned another (in-store) Spirit Halloween costume when we realized the Raggedy Ann was in stock online, which we paid A LOT more for due to price and S&H. Regardless, she and I were both disappointed at how short the dress was (more like a shirt) for a girl (not a woman at a risque party), and we ended up buying yet another skirt to go underneath it (and she was still a bit stiff and trying not to bend over. Cute dress overall, but disappointing for a kid's costume.
