I absolutely love, love, LOVE this petticoat!! So cute with LOTS of layers and very soft material, so it is comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. It was PERFECT to wear under my skirt for a Halloween Witch festival we attended. Gave it tons of volume and a very cute pop of orange color. Very pleased!! :)
