I bought this for a Halloween party. The quality of the materials is pretty good, but the fit is really strange on me. I'm 5'4", 116 lbs and a dress size 4. The straps sort of gaped at the armpit so I cut and reattahced them so it sat flat. The 'belt' on the skirt sits a bit lower than it should; the detailing in the centre is also off centre. The skirt flares out all of sudden which looks extra strange on me since I don't have curvy hips, even if I did I'm not sure it would have still fit right. I had to do a 'quick fix' sew job to the skirt so it didn't stick out so much and I also sewed all up along the back to make it fit better (and not billow in the back). My alterations are not professional by any means and don't look amazing but I'll be at a Las Vegas club on Halloween so it should go fairly unnoticed.
