I never pictured Cruella being hot; she's supposed to be scary. But I tried on this costume and felt GOOD! It's tight and short, so if you don't like to show skin, it's not for you. I have a small chest, but the way this dress fits, you have no problem pulling the girls up a bit for clevage. I tried the dress on just for kicks, and ended up loving it! I won't be buying it this year, so hopefully it stays around because I WILL GET IT EVENTUALLY!
