I bought this for my 6 year old son who loves scary Halloween decorations. He absolutely loves this prop! It really shakes a lot and the moaning and groaning sounds real. My son said this is the best prop he ever saw in his life!!

He looked great in our haunted insane asylum. He was working great until my so-called friend broke him. he is an awsome prop though. He is worth the price, and his movement and sounds are great!

This "guy" was a trouper. Although we'd ordered an adapter to make him run on electricity we had to use batteries because we had no electricity due to the snow storm. He ended up being our only attraction this year due to the weather. He did a good job.

We got lots of good scares with this little guy! He attaches to a chair that you provide and when his sensor picks up on someones sound or movement he begins to moan and bang his head...great addition to our haunt! I would only ask for him to be a little more of an average sized man. He is more child sized than an adult size but we are happy with him regardless.

I would recommend purchasing the adapter plug. I used this in a rocking chair outside and it works great. Scary even before it starts moving and grunting.

It was great while it worked. After I found out I couldn't return it, I repaired it and it quit again. It's not a faulty item, the design is faulty. When we set it up in the haunted house it scared all of us a couple of times while we were setting up and then, just as the doors opened for the children,he quit. Same thing this year. Biggest disadvantage is Spirit's no return policy...

All the positive reviews are spot on! This prop looks amazing and once set up is hard to forget it's only a prop. Even the video doesn't do it enough justice.I can see this fooling lots of people in my garage haunt. The only drawback I have come across is the tabs that lock the pole to the base. BE VERY careful when unlocking them. I pushed a little to hard and it cracked slightly. It still works and nothing a little tape won't fix. It won't be visible anyway.

Packs a punch for 4 AA batteries! He hollers and struggles. Came in a small box, was prepared to be disappointed, but I really like him. Another commentor on this site gave the great advice of stuffing the torso to fill him out and it works wonderfully. No cord gives great freedom to place him anywhere in the yard on Halloween too. That's a real plus, no running cords!

This was a great product for such a low price. Very realistic looking in the strobe light in our haunted house!! The only problem we have with ours is not turning off. Even after we put the switch on OFF is still turns on.

Was very impressed on how real this guys seems..It is a nice size, but I will add stuffing to the body and arms to make it look more life like..it will be a great hit at our annual party, and I would buy it again

I set this prop up when I received it to make sure it works. It is Awesome! In regular lighting he looks good, and in dimmer lighting, such as I will have during my halloween party, he looks very real, like a real person sitting in the chair. He is VERY agressive in trying to get free from his restraints, and he kind of moans, but there is no volume control to lower the sound. The shape of his eyes are realistic, but they could use some color to make them stand out better from the color of his mask. I'm going to paint the eyes on my guy either bright blue or bright green. This is a fantastic prop and I can't want to have my Halloween party this year. He is going to make a great addition to my decor.

I bought this prop and was thrilled when I set it up for a test run to make sure it works. The side-to-side swaying is very agressive, and the sounds it makes are loud. It would be nice if it had a volume switch to lower the sounds it makes though. The legs could use a bit more stuffing where they attach to the hips. Also, the shape and style of his eyes are very good, but they could be brighter in color. I'm going to paint mine a realistic blue or green to make them more realistic looking. Overall, I think this is an excellent and very realistic-looking prop. I can't wait to include it with my other props at Halloween time. I'm sure in dim halloween party lighting people will not be able to tell if this is a real person or not.

I was anxious to get this and not dissappointed. The sounds and thrashing should provide a great scare this Halloween, my daughter thought it was scary. The sounds and movement can also be sound activated.
