Once I received the outfit I was impressed with the dress, the cuffs, and the tie. The hat was horrible, I had to go to a local Halloween store and buy an extra fedora for another $10. The hat had no shape and the ribbon wouldn't even stay on it. If your ok with going elsewhere for a hat then I would recommend this outfit!

I liked the look. Hat was not cute and didn't look right. I was disappointed. I would buy a size up. It was very short and you need to put something under it.
