I thought these were sooo unique. My mother even liked these. She thought they pretty cool. I love that along with the red liquid "blood" in the syringe, the pen also writes in red. That was pretty cool.

I tried to find these pens in the actual Spirit Halloween store but they were sold out and I had to order them here. However, the pen's are great! I love that they write in red ink and they definitely make people do a double take. Thanks for making a fun an unique pen available. I'm very happy with my order!

This pen look so real. It works great with Dr. Feel Good or Nurse Naughty for pictures. Wouldn't be bad to give one to your favorite doctor or nurse.
