Cool prop. But, as mentioned with the other reviews, it simply doesn't move or shake as professed in the marketing literature, on the box, and web site. There is a small, palm sized vib rator in a little black bag with some brass type eyelets. Nylon pull ties tie the little vib rator to the wire frame. Keep in mind that this vib rator is not very powerful. And since it is basically suspended between the frame cage as opposed to firmly mounted to the frame, it dramatically lessens what little vibration there is. I removed the vib rator from the bag and attempted to mount (using pull ties) the vib rator directly in the corner of where two pieces of the frame meet. The vib rator actually made a minor teeth chattering noise so I removed it and wrapped the wire frame with some duct tape and mounted it directly to the frame again hoping that the vibration would be more dramatic. NO GO. It actually was worse. So, back in the bag it went and I remounted in the original spot with the bag suspended in the middle of a square part of the frame. This time, I didn't clip the leftover from the nylon tie wraps thinking if they stuck out a bit, it might add more vibrationunder the shirt. It worked...but not to much. But it was better by about 10%. So, there is no violent shaking. Simply some subtle vibration of the shirt. There is a big leather look (vinyl) strap that goes around the waist to simulate being strapped down onto the slab. The belt velcros to the slab. Both pieces of velcro were simply hot glue gunned with little dabs. Both had to be repaired out of the box. If the Chinese take the time to glue it down, why don't they use an appropriate adhesive that sticks to the rubber based product? The bolts that hold the wrist and leg shackles were all loose and almost falling off. They should have been glued with Lock Tight product or with lock washer. The LEDs in the electrical probes, eyes, and in the mouth look very good. The sound effects are pretty good as well. However, there could have been better simulated sound of the electricity. The speaker was mounted in the lower right side of the chest. So all the sound that is suppose to simulate coming from his mouth sounds like it was coming from his belly. So, I had to move that, just below the neck, mounted inside to the frame. I tried to mount it up inside the head but the latex was so thick (about two inches in spots) it muffled the sound. Also, as with all these light sensor type effects that trigger the motion, sound, effect, etc., it does not work in very low light. There has to be ambient light in the area so that a shadow, I guess, must cast over the sensor on the right wrist in order to get the thing to turn on. I wish, as with all these type of effects, there was simply an additional function for permanent on. The only way you could make that happen is through some serious modification. And, you'd have to figure out a way to have the sound track repeat over and over. Not to mention you'd need a volume control because I'm sure it could be quite annoying. A cool mod to this would be to add a fogger with a hose ran up into his head spewing fog (smoke) from the monsters head. That would be awesome and I may try to attempt that somehow.I hope this review helped you. In all, this is a rather expensive prop. And for the money they are asking for, retail wise, there are some issues the manufacturer need to address. Mainly, just the over general quality and functionality. I bought mine after Halloween for half off from the local Spirit store with no additional shipping charges. So for that price I'm not complaining. I hope this review helped you.

Impressive prop although a little pricey at full price. Good buy and great addition to my collection at sale price. Detail and lights better than video shows. Looks great next to the mad scientist prop. Was a hit at my Halloween Party!

Very nice looking prop, but when I purchased it the description said it "shakes violently". Well, it doesn't shake at all. The price paid for this item is not worth it because it doesn't move at all. There is a motor that you "hear", but nothing makes a move on this. The lights are neat to look at, the sound is cool, but the price paid isn't worth the "show" effect. We do a huge display at our house and I thought this would be a great prop, but I was a bit disappointed. I wound up sending it back.
