Was really well made compared to the other tween flapper costume I ordered for my older daughter. Unfortunately, this was too big for my younger daughter, and her older sisters costume was way too small. They could have switched, however the tween costume was a poorly made disappointment. This one was cute and well made, she can wear next Halloween.

It came in the orginal package from the manufacturer, but it was torn right below the strap. Do not have time to return it, so I sewed it.
