After 4 1/2 weeks of waiting we finally got the costume and the actual costume fits great and is very authentic, but it was missing the helmet. It was very difficult to get in touch with a customer service representative. Once I finally did speak with someone they said they would send it in the mail. That was over a week ago and still no helmet. We are four days away from Halloween. Hopefully it gets here in time or my son will be really upset and I will not be shopping with Spirit anymore.
