It's inexpenisve and super easy to use. It doesn't seem to have a bad spill factor, the top stays on tight enough. It looks just like a lighter (except that it is 100% plastic and unflickable) and it is easy to fool someone with this. It holds enough water to give a few good squirts between re-fills. You control the amount of water released by how hard you squeeze it. It shoots pretty far too. It's fun for Halloween parties, harassing smokers, and it's also a lot of fun to harass your cats and dogs (or people who live with you). I haven't soaked a smoker yet, but come Halloween, I plan to super-soak a few cigarettes. ;)
