when looking at the costume on-line it says it comes with the dress. which in fact it does not.

Used this costume at an adult costume party.....it was a lot of fun to wear and comfortable.

I wore this last year...was a big hit at the parties!!! Also made up my own first aid kit. Inside the firstaid kit was Jello shooters and the single shot bottles!!!

Size runs small and the cotton is thin so it will probably draw up if you dry it. But overall it is a really cute costume

It is a very cute costume and I love it BUT...I ordered a Women's Plus size There is NO WAY that a plus size women could wear it. It didn't even come close! It would be just as easy to make it bigger as it is this size. A doctors coat isn't binding at all but this one is terrible. Love the idea and think it very cute! But sizing is way off!
