This only glows and isnt as cool as the picture shows. I cannot recommend. Get a round tap light. Its brighter.

On the website it looks on the up and up. Who could resist? A light up arc reactor that's only [$]!But the thing is... it doesn't light up. I went to a store after researching this item on this website and found out that it merely glows in the dark instead of lighting up. Sure its great for trick or treating (when you're actually in the dark) but for a costume party or a convention it is not the best. This isn't all that upsetting, except that it does not state the fact it is merely glow in the dark and not light up. Sure the title is "Glow Accessory" but look at those pictures! It seriously looks like LEDs in that thing on the pics of the guy wearing it. Deceptive!
