Could not have been more upset. I've purchased dozens of items from Spirit...usually in a retail location...but this costume was only availabel online. Item did NOT match the picture/description...and was absolutley the cheapest, poorest quality outfit I've seen. The hat was useless, the buckles were shipped bent and cracked...and the coat not only didn't match the picture, it was wadded up in a ball and had to be cool ironed (which took 2 hours) before it was semi-presentable. NO WAY will I purchase an item like this without being able to see feel and touch it first. Awful...and sad...
