Comments about Cigar Smokin' Sweetie Adult Womens Costume:
The dress part of this costume is ok, needs a petticoat under skirt to look right tho, also top not flattering if you are small chested! But the accessories are what make it look so cheap. The cigar tray is a lightweight piece of cardboard which doesnt come with anything to put on it and cant hold anything without flipping over, plus the choker necklace was about 2x too big. You pretty much have to look like the model in the photo to pull this off!
