My daughter liked the outfit, but it ran small. I even ordered her a size larger than I thought she needed and we had to safety pin the back together and hope it held. Definitely buy big!! The material is rather cheap/thin, but the outfit looked cute, so it was fine for our purpose. I would recommend it for the price that was offered here at the time but only if you buy at least a size up.
