The first time I wore them, they were pretty stiff. So I would recommend breaking them in a few hours at a time before wearing them all night.

Additionally, I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe and got the 8 in these because other reviews said they run small. This is true, the 8 fits perfectly!

I LOVE these shoes.. I cannot wear stiletto style shoes because I have a few medical problems that prevent me from wearing them, these are a PERFECT alternative, I am planning on buying another pair so that they can be altered that I can wear them without my lift from now on, the current ones that I do own are super comfy and very easy to walk in, I get complimented on them all the time when I wear them to work, nobody believes that I bought them at a costume shop! I'm super excited to get a white pair and another black pair this season (also planning on going to the manufacturers website and getting the faux leather which is a tad duller than these patent ones) *does a little jig* I love these shoes!!

I think the sizing iz different then average shoes, they run a little small.

I wore these shoes with my costume & plan on wearing them again this Halloween. I also wore these with a skirt & dressy shirt & with jeans & dressy shirt. After a few hours of walking around, they can become a little uncomfortable, but they are easy to walk in & i didn't turn my ankles at all anytime I was wearing them.

I love love love these shoes! I wore them all Halloween night. They were fairly comfortable considering the height/style. Another review said they were a bit tight? I didn't find that at all, the width was perfect. If you need half sizes, go one size up and you'll have no problem.

I am matching them with my Wednesday Addams Halloween costume, but truly these shoes can be applied anywhere in the costume world; from a school-girl, to a witch, to the Queen of Hearts... These shoes not only look cute but are pretty comfortable for being a 4" heel... we'll see what I say after wearing them for several hours on Halloween though. They are somewhat tight at first but loosen up with wear. I'm using mine for a Velma (from Scooby Doo) costume I put together.
