I wore the outfit to a costume party, it got a lot of compliments and I dressed it up well, The only problem was that I got a small, I'm usually a 2-4 an the costume said 4-6 and it was to tight and very short... So the sizes were a little off.. And the gloves that came with the outfit were stupid an way unrealistic. I would suggesting buyin other gloves.

This was a great bargain - you get the dress and gloves as well as the headband. I scored a 4 because the headband is pretty lame. I suggest you buy another from here because the one included is pretty sad. As others commented, it does run small. I am usually a size 4 (small) but based upon reviews I ordered a medium and it fit. If I had ordered a small it would not have fit. This was perfect for a work costume contest. It wasn't too short. I am 5'1" and it came to just above my knees. The coverage up top was good as well. I have very small hands so of course the fingers on the gloves were long but it didn't take away from the costume. I did not have any problems with the gloves falling down, they have elastic at the top to hold them up. I purchased a feather boa and tommy gun to go with my outfit, a little gangsta flapper. It went over very well. I took second place!

Ordered a small on basis of sizing 4/6 instead of medium 8-/10. Runs on the smaller 4 size. No give to fabric. Fun to wear, very comfortable.

I wore this to a halloween party. Loved it!! I added a short slip because it can seen a little shear around the bottom. It does run small, so order at least one size up. well made and a great value. Got lots of compliments.

The only thing I didn't like was the headband, it should have been a continuous band instead of ending in elastic only.

Overall this was a wonderful costume....it fit great and looked awesome. I added a few accessories to complete the outfit. I had more compliments than I could handle!

I bought this costume because most of the cute costumes in store that aren't plus size are tiny! I'm a size 12 and purchased the size Large and it fit perfectly! It's great quality and will last a long time if I need to wear it again. The acessories I purchased seperately included a short black wig, pearls, red feather boa, and fishnet pantyhose. It comes with black gloves, the dress, headpiece/feather, and garter.

The dress is great. It fits well and is comfortable...not itchy or anything. The only thing I didn't like about the set were the gloves. They are really badly constructed and baggy with an elastic band at the top of the glove. I also bought a pair of fishnets and a sequined cigarette holder to finish the outfit.
