Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I had gotten this for my 1 year old. it is cute and the wings don't bother her at all... The only problem I have is the halo to stay in place, it keeps wanting to drop off to the side...but for the price you can't beat it. she is still as cute as ever even without the halo..
