Bought for my 10 yr. old daughters "Alice in Wonderland" costume. She loved them from the moment she tried them on. Size was true to size chart. I measured her foot by inches (just like the chart indicated). She measured one quarter inch smaller than my foot but, hers was narrower. I didn't come close to fitting in them. I would have had to buy 2 sizes bigger, at least. Make sure you read all reviews. Everyone's experience is different, as is foot size. Overall, we were definitely pleased with this purchase and will return for next years costume.
