Comments about Spirit Halloween Adult Stormtrooper Costume Deluxe - Star Wars:
I got this costume because its a One-of-a-Kind. I mainly got this First Order costume because it actually has a proper look due to the foam chest armor, shoulder bells, forearm guards, and boot toppers. This is the costume to go with if you want to look just like the new Stormtroopers in STAR WARS The Force Awakens movie. You can't find this costume anywhere else. Which leads me to believe this is a Spirit Halloween exclusive. Plus I got it just $10 off the original price by signing up for their newsletter. Its pretty great.
Upon getting into the costume it may or will feel snug depending on how your body shape is. I have the standard adult size or as employees say "a one size fits all". Anyway the first thing I loved about this costume is that it has a printed back. This is a real huge plus in costumes for me. This is an all around costume. Meaning the entire back side is not a solid color like some licensed character costumes are but is indeed a full First Order Stormtrooper designed costume. The costume is a jumpsuit/onesie of course. Putting your legs in first is somewhat easy because the boot toppers are a little thick due to the padding of the costume. As I work the costume up my body the boot toppers take form, the jumpsuit hugs my waist and all. As I have it to chest level its also somewhat easy to put my arms in through the sleeves. By this part all the padded parts of the costume start to fit snug; especially on my forearms. The costume is somewhat loose in the elbows and from stomach to knees. The padded parts of the costume really take form once you got it all on. If you are prone to sweating this costume will make you sweat. Luckily for me not so much. There will be some buckling of the chest armor when moving your arms around in front of your chest and back. They should have made the shoulder bells separate from the chest armor. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. That really is my only gripe about the costume.
Hail to the First Order!
