I got this for my five year old to wear with her Fairy costume for Halloween. It is kind of cheap looking (just a glow stick with a plastic star on top) and as yet I have been unable to get it to glow. Plus, if you wanted to use it on more than one occasion you couldn't as glow sticks run out in a day or so.
