Purchasing for 2013 Halloween. Have triplet grandchildren 41/2 who watch the animations and each are picking items to buy. They really like the reaper that opens it cloak and says 'come on in' and this item. Plan to order one each month.

I really like the look of this guy; he's creepy and looks great in the dark in a graveyard scene. His voice is nice and loud and his flashing eyes look great. The mechanism that makes his arms lift up works great. But the spikes that hold the 2 pieces of gravestone together broke almost immediately the first year I used him. The foam around the spike holes crumbled, and the plastic piece that holds his hands onto the gravestone snapped as well the second year I used him. I ended up having to glue it together and rig it up permanently with more sturdy stuff I found at home. Only now I can't take it apart and put it back in the box for storage. The motion sensor sometimes doesn't work, even when people were near it, and then at other times it went on for no reason at all when no one was near it. All in all I like this prop, but it's made just a bit too cheaply. I'm not sure if someone touched it and broke it, but they should make these things knowing that trick or treaters tend to touch them.

This is a awesome prop!!!!! I got the display of him at the beginning of October, right when i put him outside, he fell over and his right eye broke, so only one eye lights up. So i putted some bags of rocks on the base to hold it down. And he works great!!!! He is my favorite prop in my graveyard! But i reccemend you keep him out of the rain or wind, because it may brake him. But overall he is one really awesome prop!!!!!!

I saw this product in store this year. I could not afford it so I waited for clearance the day after. I couldn't believe I got the last one. The display. It was working fine when I bought it off display, but someone picked it up from the arm to help me check out with it and when I brought it home it no longer lifted the grave. I will take the grave off and put him in my yard next year anyways cause he is sooooo awesome! (wish I could have gotten credit or traded him but all sales final!)

Cool blue eyes. Good sound, very loud.Adds a good look to my in home grave yard. So far works great. Got a deal with the 20% off. Not sure its worth full price with no adaptor. Also got the limb ripper and pestolince the smothering reaper this year.

Generally pretty cool. The only bad part is that the recoding starts before the tombstone is lifted up, so some of what's being said gets missed behind the stone. bummer! So if you buy it. Try the one you buy in the store first. The display worked perfectly.

It look pretty cool but it is just too small. when it lifts the grave, its face is covered so its hard to understand what is going on with the prop. If elevated, it may look better but i dont think its worth the money.
