One of the best Halloween props i own today. Lots of lights, sound and activity. I would have liked to have the option to just run the front panle lights all the time, but other than that it is a fun and entertaining item.

We were very excited about this product. It is cool, has a unique look and is a perfect accessory, however the door on the box malfunctions. It simply would not remain shut. After closing once, the door would continue swinging open a few more times before finally coming to a stop in a random position. It was then stuck in that position until the switch was flipped again. We took one back only to find that the second one we bought had the same issues. I am so disappointed. If this glitch could be fixed, this product would be perfect!

I shopped early for this prop Sept 6. Opened the box Oct 25 and it didn't work AT ALL.

Was told I could not get a replacement as their return policy is 14 days. DO NOT BUY EARLY unless you plan to run it for 7 days as soon as you get it.

Very neat prop, has great lights and sound, but the door won't stay in sequence with the program. No instructions on how to correct!

like it because it was totally unique. Good value for the $ BUT needs to be manufactured better to STAY CLOSED has some glitches. Luckily husbands mechanical knowledge fixed it

Mine looks a little different than this one displayed... but it is the same thing. Does a great job with the Deathrow Inmate prop and is really fun and scary! Love it!!!

This item is so-so, nice sound quality and strong lighting makes it pop but the open door mechanism failed first time I used it. I reset it according to enclosed instructions and the return arm broke off (very brittle plastic). I made a replacement arm out of light metal and replaced 2 gears and the cheap looking skull in back of box. It's good for what it is but it needed work to make it reliable-not worth the money.

This item was back ordered when I purchased it so it didn't ship right away. When I received it the external packaging was damaged, but the internal box was pristine. Considering the cost, I was expecting something larger. Note that this is less than 10 inches by 14 inches. My laptop is bigger than this decoration! The external design looks nice, but the quality is poor. The door opens and closes at random. If I touch the switch at all, the door pops open, fails to close all the way and opens again at least two or three times.

My fiance was in love with this prop when used with deathrow.. I wasn't so sold until we got home and in the dark we scared the hell out of my brothers. It's a great prop for a great prop that makes another spirit prop a lot more lifelike.
